Amber Gold Honey Collective is committed to delivering the highest-quality, raw, seasonal honey sourced from trusted producers. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality standards, our refund and return policy is intentionally limited and clearly defined.

By placing an order with Amber Gold Honey Collective, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Because honey is a food product, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened products under any circumstances.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect product was sent

  • The order was lost or severely damaged in transit

All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened honey or bee products

  • Products with seals broken or tampered with

  • Seasonal or limited-harvest batches

  • Gifted items

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers (see below)

This policy exists to ensure food safety, product integrity, and fairness to all customers.

Seasonal & Limited Harvest Products

Many of our products are produced in small, seasonal harvests. Once a batch is sold, it cannot be replaced.

For this reason:

  • Seasonal and limited releases are final sale

  • Refunds are not guaranteed even in cases of delayed delivery caused by customs or international shipping

Refund Approval Process

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (required for damaged items)

Requests without documentation may be denied.

All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Amber Gold Honey Collective.

Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

Return Shipping

If a return is required and approved:

  • Amber Gold Honey Collective will cover return shipping costs

  • Return instructions will be provided after approval

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Amber Gold Honey Collective products through a third-party platform (such as Amazon or a retailer), their return and refund policies apply.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders not purchased directly from our website.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Local food import regulations

Refunds will not be issued for delays or rejections caused by customs authorities.
