Each season, the Amber Gold Honey Collective welcomes local beekeepers and small producers to submit their honey for inclusion in our community collection.

We value authenticity, purity, and sustainable methods, ensuring that every jar reflects the natural beauty of Poland’s landscape.

Seasonal delights are available June through August.​

Program: What is the Community Buy?

Our Community Buy Program was created to celebrate and support local beekeepers across Poland. We gather small-batch honey, test it for purity and organic quality, and package it under our collective label, ensuring fair pay for local producers and unmatched quality for customers.

We’re proud to blend tradition with transparency so that every spoonful tells the story of where it came from.

Our Quality Testing Process

​

To maintain the Amber Gold Honey Collective’s organic standard, each submission is tested for:

Natural moisture content (under 18%)

✅Color, aroma, and crystallization pattern

✅ Absence of added sugar or syrups

✅ No excessive heating or pasteurization

✅ Clean, debris-free presentation

✅ Proper labeling and sealed packaging

✅ Pollen trace verification (flower source authenticity)

These standards ensure that every jar we sell meets our collective promise of purity and care.

 Collection & Payment

We encourage everyone to bring honey directly to our local drop-off point for community evaluation and weighing.

If your total exceeds 15 kilograms (≈33 lbs), we may be able to arrange a local pick-up. Please email us to coordinate at:

Current Buy Rate: 5 per 1000 grams (≈2 lb) of qualifying organic honey.

(Rates may vary seasonally based on quality and volume.)
