At Amber Gold Honey Collective, we take great care to ensure that every jar of honey arrives fresh, intact, and on time. Below is our full global shipping policy for all customer orders.

1. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery.

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

2. Processing Time

Orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
During seasonal harvest periods or high-volume times, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once the order has shipped.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times with DHL Express:

  • Worldwide: 5–14 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA/Canada: 5–14 business days

  • Remote regions: May require additional time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or holiday volumes.

4. Order Tracking

All shipments include full tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Local government charges

Amber Gold Honey Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If your package arrives damaged, lost, or incomplete, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To process a replacement, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items for safety reasons.

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened,

  • In original condition,

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.

Amber Gold Honey Collective reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. Incorrect, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all address information is accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
