Volunteer With Us

Build Something That Matters

Volunteering with us is not about tourism or short-term help.

It’s about contributing to long-term

term projects that protect land, preserve

heritage, and support sustainable rural life in Poland.

Our volunteers become part of daily operations, learning, building, restoring, and caring alongside us.

What We Do

Volunteers support a mix of hands-on, meaningful work, including:

  • Beekeeping support and apiary care

  • Honey production and seasonal harvest assistance

  • Restoration and maintenance of historic rural buildings

  • Land care, gardens, and orchard work

  • Workshop preparation and educational projects

  • General homestead and operational support

Tasks vary by season and project phase.

Living & Community

Volunteers stay on site in shared accommodations within our restored homestead buildings.

Life here is simple, structured, and communal:

  • Shared meals

  • Shared responsibilities

  • Time outdoors

  • Space for learning and reflection

This is a working environment, not a retreat, but it is deeply grounding.

Who This Is For

This experience is best suited for people who:

  • Enjoy physical work and learning by doing

  • Respect nature, tradition, and rural life

  • Are adaptable, responsible, and self-motivated

  • Value community over convenience

  • Want to contribute, not just pass through

No prior beekeeping or restoration experience is required, only a willingness to learn.

Length of Stay

Typical stays range from one to three weeks, withlonger placements considered for ongoing projects.

What We Provide

  • Accommodation

  • Hands-on training and mentorship

  • A meaningful role in real, ongoing projects

  • A deeper connection to land, craft, and purpose

Travel costs are typically the responsibility of the volunteer unless otherwise arranged.

How to Apply

We review each inquiry carefully to ensure a good mutual fit.
